Devon Cliffs sits above Sandy Bay near Exmouth and it's one of the biggest parks in the family - direct beach access puts you steps from an award-winning stretch of sand!
What makes it special is the sheer scale of things to do. Two heated pools, indoor and outdoor, come with multi-lane water slides and tube slides and adventure seekers can tackle the Aerial Adventure course strung out over a ravine or try free fall at The Jump.

Devon Cliffs packs in enough sport and leisure to keep every family member on the go. Both the indoor and outdoor heated pools come with multi-lane water slides and flumes. The outdoor pools open for May Half Term, then weekends until 6 July; from 6 July until August Bank Holiday they're open Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and weekends too. Craving more adventure? The Aerial Adventure course swings through the treetops over a ravine, while little ones get their own Mini Aerial Adventure just a metre off the ground. The brand new J D Wetherspoon pub, The Red Rocks, has just opened its doors with all your usual favourites in a great space and South Beach Café is one of the park's best spots to sit back with a drink and take in the view.
Slim Chickens brings hand-breaded tenders, crispy wings and craft sandwiches to the table. Fancy something different? Chopstix serves freshly cooked noodles with sizzling sides for a quicker taste of Asian flavours.
Pizza fans can grab a Papa Johns takeaway and you can even order through the My Haven app from your seat in the entertainment venues. Cook's Fish & Chips gives you that unmistakable taste of the coast and Burger King serves up its signature burgers.
The Beach Bar is the spot for a drink with sea views while the kids play on the sand nearby and Sports Bar is where to catch the big game. For something sweet, there's Bertie's Ice Cream and Millie's Cookies. Dogs are welcome on the South Beach Café terrace, the Sports Bar terrace and in a designated area inside South Beach Café, so mealtimes are easy for the whole family.
Kids will love the range of classes and group sessions where they can pick up new skills and make new friends. There's football, handball and dodgeball to get them moving, plus dedicated sessions for bike riding and archery. Activitots sessions are geared towards 2-4 year olds, working on balance and co-ordination or introducing bat and ball games.
The 4x4 Off-Roaders track is always a hit, letting kids take the wheel of their own mini off-roader round the twists and turns. The Mini Aerial Adventure lets smaller children have a go at climbing high in a safe, supervised setting.

Devon Cliffs offers a solid range of accommodation to suit different family sizes and budgets. Caravans form the backbone of the park's holiday homes, with grades running from Saver up to Gold. Gold caravans come with extra touches and some three-bedroom Gold caravans in The Marinas area now have air conditioning for those warmer summer stays.
Want more space? The lodge retreats pack in everything you need for a memorable break. These larger holiday homes give you room to spread out, often with upgraded interiors and extra living space - ideal for bigger families or groups after a touch more comfort.
Accommodation is spread across areas with names like Ivy Close, Fir Close and Maple Park. Those nearest the main complex suit guests with accessibility needs and it's worth knowing that Devon Cliffs has hilly terrain, with inclines up to most areas - the main complex sits in a gully, with accommodation set on the slopes above it.
Standard caravans sleep between four and eight guests depending on the model, typically with a master bedroom with a double bed plus twin rooms for the children. Living areas have comfortable seating that often converts into extra sleeping space and kitchens come equipped for self-catering with all the essentials. Each caravan has its own bathroom and an outdoor decking area, perfect for relaxing between activities.

History and heritage fans should head to Exeter Cathedral just a short drive away. This ranks among the oldest and most beautiful cathedrals in England. Powderham Castle lies in a beautiful deer park on the banks of the River Exe close to the historic cathedral city of Exeter.
Exmouth Train Station sits three miles from the park with regular services running between Paignton and Exeter St Davids. From Exeter you can connect to major UK cities making day trips further afield entirely possible.
